Send an Inquiry
Send us your project details and we will reply within one business day with pricing, lead time and โ where useful โ a structural suggestion.
Three things are usually enough for an initial quotation:
- Product dimensions โ length ร width ร height, or diameter ร height
- Quantity โ your expected order quantity, even if approximate
- Destination market โ affects documentation requirements
If you have artwork, a reference image or an existing sample, send it. If not, describe the product and how it will be sold, and we will propose a structure.
What happens after you send an enquiry
Within one business day โ We review your requirements and respond with an initial quotation, production timeline and any questions that affect the specification.
Sample stage (optional) โ If you want to verify before committing, we quote sample cost and timing. Custom samples may carry a setup charge, commonly credited against a production order.
Sample approval โ Once you approve the physical sample, we begin bulk production. Adjustments after this point may require re-sampling.
Production and inspection โ Four-stage quality inspection runs through the production process.
Shipment โ We agree the Incoterm before dispatch and provide the documentation your customs broker requires.
Information that helps us quote accurately
Structure โ the type of box or bag you need, or a description of how the product should be presented
Dimensions โ internal or external, and which of the two you prefer to work from
Materials โ a specific board if you have one in mind, or a description of the feel you are after
Printing โ CMYK or Pantone spot colours, and the number of Pantone references
Finishing โ lamination type, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing
Quantity โ current order, plus an indication of expected repeat volume if different
Destination โ the country of delivery, which determines documentation requirements
Timeline โ whether you have a fixed launch or retail date
Providing these details in your first message usually means one exchange rather than several.
Working with us
Our replies come from the person handling your order, not a general enquiry inbox. If you have a question about an existing order, quote your order reference and we can locate the relevant production records.
For technical questions โ material specification, structural feasibility, compliance requirements โ your enquiry is routed to an engineer rather than a sales contact.
Common questions before first contact
Can you work from our design files?
Yes. Send print-ready PDFs with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi or above. We check artwork for production feasibility before quoting and tell you if anything needs adjustment.
Do you offer design support?
Yes. Designers and engineers can produce structural drawings and artwork at no cost with a quotation request.
What are your payment terms?
For first orders we typically ask for a deposit with the balance against the production completion photograph or on bill of lading terms. Terms are agreed in the quotation and the proforma invoice.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We are happy to work under NDA where required.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
It depends on structure and size. Folding cartons accept lower quantities; rigid boxes and custom shapes carry higher minimums because of tooling. We confirm it in the quotation.
Can you produce a sample before we commit?
Yes. We will quote sample cost and timeline before producing it, so there are no surprises.
Response time
We reply to enquiries within one business day. If your request is unusually complex or falls outside our standard capability, we will tell you that within the same period rather than leaving you waiting.
During Chinese public holidays, response times extend. If your project has a fixed timeline, tell us the required delivery date when you first make contact so we can factor in holiday periods when confirming lead time.
