Incoming inspection
Board weight, thickness, moisture and color checked against the approved specification before any press runs.

Prepress & calibration
Artwork preflighted, plates profiled and the press calibrated to G7 targets before production starts.

In-process control
Colorimetric readings taken continuously during the run; drift beyond tolerance triggers a press stop.

Final inspection
Dimensional accuracy, print fidelity, surface finish and drop performance verified before packing.
Third-party pre-shipment inspection is welcome on every order. Bulk production begins only after you approve the sample.
